John Browett

John Browett joined DSG international as Chief Executive in December 2007.

John was formerly Operations Development Director at Tesco, responsible for the design and improvement of the Tesco operating model.

Prior to this, he was CEO of Tesco.com, which under his leadership grew from a fledgling internet business into one of the world’s most successful internet grocers. Before joining Tesco in 1998 as Group Strategy Director John was at Boston Consulting Group, where he worked with a variety of clients specialising in consumer goods and retail.

John is a member of the Group Executive Committee.

John is a non-executive director of easyJet plc.
