The DSG international CR committee monitors, advises on and co-ordinates Group activities on all aspects of corporate social responsibility. It assesses business CR performance, makes recommendations on policy and pursues performance improvement.

The full CR committee meets at least four times a year and has responsibility for issues including:

• standards, codes and other indicators
• voluntary and statutory reporting
• measurement, audit or validation of CR performance
• legislative and regulatory developments where appropriate.

Group Finance Director, Nicholas Cadbury is the Board director responsible for corporate responsibility.
