 Electro World is DSG international’s chain of electrical superstores has 30 stores across the Czech Republic, Poland, Greece, Turkey and Slovakia.
Czech Republic
In 2002, the first Electro World store opened in Zlicin, Prague to enthusiastic customer reception. There are now 17 stores.
Electro World is very highly regarded and was voted Electrical Retailer of the Year by shoppers in 2004, and has featured in the Czech 100 Best Companies list three times, in 2004, 2005 and 2006.
Central Europe Distribution Centre
Currently, 85% of Electro World goods pass through the company's Central Europe distribution centre just outside the city of Brno. The warehouse, completed in a record six months, is 28,000 square feet in size, making it the largest warehouse facility for non-food goods in the Czech Republic. The centre dispatches 15 trucks daily, and this number doubles during peak season.

Poland
The first Electro World store to open in Poland was in October 2005 at the Targowek commercial center in Warsaw. Sales on the opening day topped one million Euros and the store welcomed more than 15,000 customers. There are now seven stores.

Greece
The first Electro World store in Greece opened in July 2007 in Pylea, followed by a store in Southern Athens. We now operate from 7 stores across the country.

Turkey
The first Electro World in Turkey opened in September 2007 in Bursa. We now operate from 8 stores across the country.
Slovakia
The first Electro World store in Slovakia open on 15 October in Košice. Two more stores have opened since.
Southern Europe sales for 2008/09 were £1,405.4 million (Electro World in Greece and Turkey, Kotsovolos in Greece, UniEuro with PC City inplants in Italy and PC City in Spain).
Central Europe sales for 2008/09 were £160.4 million (Electro World in the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia).
