Our branch managers are responsible for profit generation, delighting our customers, coaching, developing and leading their team, stock management and creating instore theatre. We also have deputy manager roles in all our superstores. Deputy managers are responsible for supporting the branch managers in all their responsibilities, as well as the day to day management, training and coaching of the store team. We have Management Development Programmes to suit all levels of experience backed up by plenty of coaching and support from regional management.

Regional Managers
Regional managers play a pivotal role in leading, inspiring and developing branch managers to deliver profit growth. Each role covers approximately 30 stores. Successful regional managers in Currys are team players who are commercially astute, able to analyse, interpret and act on complex data, who are passionate about customer service and are great leaders with the ability to inspire as well as manage under-performance. |
