And it’s not been easy.  There’s been no magic wand – just a team of amazing people doing amazing things to make our customers happy.  We’re going through a complete transformation – a facelift for our stores, changing processes, getting the best products in our stores, retraining our people.  And we’re bursting through the back end of the down times with refreshed stores, retrained people, a revitalised strategy ... and we’re leading the way.  We’re calling it our Renewal & Transformation programme.  And our customers love it.

What we’re looking for in you

I guess you’re thinking that here’s where we wheel out all the buzz words – flexible team player, good interpersonal skills, enthusiastic, quick to learn, blah, blah, blah.

Well, of course all those things are necessary (and many more) but we ask two things of our people – they’re passionate about our customers and they love technology.  Clearly you have to have all the requisite legal bits and bobs to work in the UK but you must love our customers and love technology.
