Our Campus at Newark in Nottinghamshire is home to our main UK distribution hub and repairs facility. 

Distribution

Our two gigantic warehouses in Newark supply the latest technology and products to our entire UK store operation and our home delivery network.  It’s a massive operation and at any one time we employ about 2,000 people in roles ranging from administration and planning in the office through to warehouse operatives and forklift drivers.

Repairs
Our new state-of-the-art repair laboratory is the largest of its kind in Europe.   When our customers entrust us with their beloved TVs and trusted laptops to fix we must fix them quickly, completely and take great care of them while they are with us.

Field Operatons
Operating out of 14 Customer Service Centres across the country from Plympton in Devon to Cumbernauld in Lanarkshire our field TechGuys are responsible for our home delivery service and at-home repair service. 

Our TechGuys in the field are a highly-trained team with an armoury of all the skills needed to deliver on all the services we sell in store – whether that’s delivering and fitting a washing machine, mounting a flat-panel telly to the wall, installing a TV aerial or mending a desktop computer.  They’ve not only got to be brilliant at their job, but brilliant with customers – as they are the guys delivering and installing the family’s long-awaited new plasma TV or picking up a laptop to be uplifted to our state-of-the-art repair lab.

Our regional TechGuys Training Academies mean we can provide our TechGuys with all the skills they need to deliver the services we sell in store.
